ShelbyNext | Membership:

Go to Google Play or Apple Store and download the ShelbyNext | Membership app on your phone. There are similar apps, so make sure you download the appropriate application. When you open the app, you will be prompted to enter a domain, username and password. Domain is rft.

NOTE: You must have a valid email account on file within the church management system.

Once the app has been downloaded, press the “Forgot Password” and enter your email account on file. An email will be sent to you with your username and password. After obtaining this information, open ShelbyNext | Membership and enter the username and password that was sent.

Log In and Use The App:

Open the app on your phone and type in the username and password received in an email.

View Your Profile:

First up, please review all your information and ensure it’s accurate (spelling of your name, children’s name, phone number, address, email, birth date, etc.)

Note #1: Any information that appears incorrectly, please contact the system administrator to have the data corrected.

Login On Your Computers:

You can also login to ShelbyNext | Membership on your computer. Go to https://rft.shelbynextchms.com/user/login and type in username and password. Navigating the system is similar to the app on your phone.
