Biography

Joseph L. Sims is the Founder and Apostle/Pastor of Riverside Faith Temple Ministries, International in Riverside, California. He and his wife Apostle Beatrice Sims have two sons and have been married for 48 years. Together they’ve labored faithfully in this ministry since it’s formation in September, 1971.

Apostle Sims is a man of tremendous spiritual stature; characterized by those who know him as a man of great dignity, love, humility and impeccable integrity.

His love for God and strong desire to exemplify Christ has led him into a lifestyle entrenched in prayer and fasting. This spiritual discipline has developed an intense sensitivity to the voice and vision of God.

Among his visionary accomplishments are as follows:

(1). Founding of Riverside Faith Temple Christian Academy which operated for 16 years, training, educating and re-directing a vast number of young people several of whom today are moving powerfully in very effectual ministries.

(2). Sponsored and on-site extension of the University of LaVerne Bachelor of Science Program, focused on Religion and Black Church Studies.

(3). In 1981, Apostle Sims established End-Times Ministries, International. The influence and effect of this ministry is worldwide. As an Apostle and Prophet, Joseph Sims travels extensively throughout the United States teaching, training and encouraging Pastors and Spiritual Leaders.

Apostle Sims’ every effort and sacrifice is directed toward bringing unity and power in the Body of Christ and leading the people of God to fulfilling their purpose and destiny.

His ultimate purpose, bringing Glory and Honor to God and Him alone.
